Opis
Ac-DEVD-AFC is a sensitive fluorescent substrate for the assay of caspase-3 activity. The trifluoromethyl substituent of the fluorophore improves the membrane permeability of the substrate.
Substrate for Assay of Casapse-3,7 and CPP-32.
Make stock solution of 20 mM in the highest quality DMSO then store solution at -20 °C.
Keep cool and dry. Desiccate AFC138 in solid form at room temperature. Store DMSO/DMF solutions at -20 °C. Material is stable for at least one year, if stored as recommended.
